We want you to love your sustainable basics, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, knickers can only be returned if the protective seal remains intact.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to initiate the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return in their original compostable packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

• 3.
  Print and Post

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.
